2. Orders and Contracts
By placing an order through our Site (ecoloc.se), you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) or service(s) subject to these Terms. Our acceptance of your order is made by sending you a final order confirmation, which will contain all relevant information about your order including the shipping details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on the Site are stated in local currency or EURO and include VAT, but do not include any delivery charges. Payment options and the total cost for your purchase including delivery charge will be displayed in the checkout view before you submit your order.
Payment for orders is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
By providing payment information, you warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, but delays may occur. Particularly to remote or less-accessible locations or during special events, holidays, or peak seasons, there might be slight delays in the delivery process.

Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) have received physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. We recommend that you use the EcoLoc return form. Although not mandatory, you may also use the model withdrawal form attached at the end of these Terms.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If the product has not yet been dispatched from us and you want to withdraw from the purchase, we shall reimburse you with the whole amount, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we have are informed about your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
If you have received the product and want to exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the purchase. We however reserve our right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
We will reimburse you as described above using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless we have agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any additional fees because of such reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the purchase. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are responsible for returning the product in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned product is not in its original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You will bear the our standard return cost for returning the goods.
You can use your right of withdrawal or initiate a return by contacting us using the EcoLoc return form. In the form you will receive return instructions.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If the product is found to be defective, you are entitled to file a complaint about the defective product in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation that applies in the EU country where you have your usual place of residence. If you reside in Sweden, you have the right to file a complaint for three years according to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
We are liable for goods that were defective upon delivery and that appears within  years from the delivery. You however need to file a complaint within a reasonable time after you should have discovered the defect.
If your complaint is approved, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the defective product, depending on the nature of the defect.

To the extent permitted under mandatory consumer protection legislation in the EU, product liability legislation and other applicable law, we assume no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law
Unless otherwise follows from mandatory consumer protection legislation in the EU, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective as from having been published on the Site.
